Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Term

Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the day it was placed and are being delivered in 1 to 5 business days. If the product is not available, you will be notified and we will refund you the full amount, if paid by bank transfer.

Deliveries to customer's address are made by Econt Express and Speedy courier companies. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

On the territory of Bulgaria you could place in your order a receipt address - a specific office of Econt Expressand Speedy.

All prices listed on this site are VAT inclusive and do not include a shipping price, unless explicitly indicated as a free shipping.

Return & Refusal Policy

Each customer is entitled, without due compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to return a product ordered on tigovit.bg and delivered by the selected on this website supplier within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an e-mail to info@tigovit.bg in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Cash on Relivery

  • in case  the customer has received a different product than the ordered one

  • in case  the customer has received a defective product or a product with expired date.

Packages sent back without prior notice will not be accepted. Refund of the amount is only due after Tigovit Ltd has received back the rejected product.

Refusal Right does not apply in the following cases:

• for sealed products that have been opened after delivery. Such products can not be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection;

Alternative Dispute Resolution / ADR /

If a dispute arises that has been directly referred by the consumer to the trader but has not been resolved inbetween them, the consumer has the possibility of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Alternative dispute resolution between consumers and traders is a voluntary out-of-court conciliation procedure. It is done by conciliation commissions.

Consumers have two options:

  • to use the European Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) / http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ - a unitary access portal that allows EU consumers and traders to settle disputes related to cross-border online purchases, as well as to national ones.

  • to apply for mediation directly to the local Consumer Protection Commission.

Payment Methods

We accept payments by Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and PayPal.

Cash on Delivery:

A service where the purchase price is collected by a courier upon receipt of the shipment.

Bank transfer:

Payment is made by bank transfer. Shipment is made only after the bank transfer has been received in our account.


A service where the purchase price is paid during the order placement via the PayPal system.

tigovit.bg maintains a list of emails to keep its subscribers informed about news, events and promotions. Tigovit.bg does not sell, borrow, trade, or lease the addresses in its list.
